Is this legal?

Certain countries allow patients with a serious medical condition to import medication which is not available in their country on a limited basis for their own personal use. Are these medications the same worldwide?

These medications are made by a single manufacturer so they are the same worldwide. In some cases they may use a tablet in one country and a capsule in another.
